Troubleshooting The Cordless Miracle

The Cordless Miracle has an Excellent record for performance.

99% of problems have been from one of these three causes:

  1. The cordless phone(s) have gotten unplugged, either from the power supply or from the phone jack.
  2. The cordless phones have been dropped or damaged one time too many.
  3. The power supply to The Cordless Miracle has gotten unplugged.

After you have eliminated these three possibilities:

  1. Plug a regular single line phone into the phone jack that the cordless phones normally plug into.
  2. Listen for system dial tone from The Cordless Miracle.
  3. If you DO hear dial tone, the problem is with the "T" adapter or the cordless phones.
  4. If you DO NOT hear dial tone, walk back to The Cordless Miracle and unplug the modular plug in the cordless phone jack.
  5. Plug a regular single line phone into the cordless phone jack.
  6. If you DO hear dial tone, the problem is somewhere between the plug and the jack for the cordless phones.
  7. If you DO NOT hear dial tone, unplug the power supply for about five seconds, plug it back in, and listen for dial tone again.
  8. If it doesn't work this time, call us at 1-757-645-1045.
